As the Galactic waves are intense energy that happens every 13,000 yrs (26,000 cycle) and scientists are now beginning to admit that all energy derives from black holes and (warm) dark matter is linked to black holes, so who knows, probably both, but this is only a guess mate and I’m no David Wilcock, if you know what I mean.
